Having lost 7 stone myself, I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, and even a bit lost at times. Starting can feel scary — I’ve been there. But I also know how life-changing it is when things start to click, when you hit goals you once thought were out of reach, and when you finally feel proud of yourself again.
That journey completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally too. And it’s what inspired me to become a personal trainer and coach.
Now, I help others take that same first step — guiding them with empathy, encouragement, and a belief that they can do this, no matter where they’re starting from.
