My Why – the heart and story behind what I do
I believe fitness is about so much more than changing how you look — it’s about finding your confidence, feeling strong in your own skin, and realizing just how capable you really are.
Having lost 7 stone myself, I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, and even a bit lost at times. Starting can feel scary — I’ve been there. But I also know how life-changing it is when things start to click, when you hit goals you once thought were out of reach, and when you finally feel proud of yourself again.
That journey completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally too. And it’s what inspired me to become a personal trainer and coach.
Now, I help others take that same first step — guiding them with empathy, encouragement, and a belief that they can do this, no matter where they’re starting from.
My coaching is built around real life. It’s about finding what works for you, helping you build strength both physically and mentally, and showing you that you don’t have to overhaul your whole life to feel amazing. Together, we’ll create a lifestyle that makes you feel confident, capable, and energized as you move through every stage of life.
